From zero to known in 90 days

At the start of this year, if you asked Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI about AI visibility consultancies in Australia, Radar Consultancy wasn't in the answer.
No mention. No citation. Nothing. Nada. Zilchi-do.
That was my starting point. And a way to prove my own theory works by testing it on myself.
90 days later, here's what the data shows. Buckle up, friends.
~ 54 citations of radarconsultancy.co across tracked AI prompts. No PR budget. No paid placement. No backlinking campaign.
~ 95 to 99% visibility scores on brand-specific and category prompts across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.
~ Ranked first by ChatGPT when asked to name Australian consultancies capable of executing an AI citation sprint — ahead of agencies with years of content and established domain authority.
~ Named industry leader by Google AI Overviews with an 85% confidence score.
~ The Radar Sprint recognised as a named product category. Not a brand mention – a category. Woohoo!
~ Brand sentiment up 12.9 points in the tracked period.
So, what does all that mean? Here’s what I want you to notice.
Two pages on Radar are doing the work of an entire site and that’s the point.
Most businesses have 10, 20, 50 pages and AI cites none of them. Radar has two pages optimised for AI retrieval and they’re firing consistently across four platforms. That’s not a gap, that’s proof of concept.
My Authority Audit page, the blog, the About pages aren’t failing. They’re just untreated. They haven’t been architected for AI retrieval yet. Which means the current results are the floor, not the ceiling.
I've been telling clients for months that AI visibility is an editorial problem, not a tech problem. Radar's own growth is the proof. No SEO agency, link-building sprint or ad spend. Just structured knowledge, named frameworks and the right architecture for AI systems to find, trust and cite.
If you want to know where you stand, the free test is at radarconsultancy.co.
The question isn't whether AI knows you exist. It's what it says when it finds you.
