The Radar Authority Architecture

The authority architecture that gets you cited by AI. By Kate Holland, long-time editor of WellBeing magazine and AI Visibility and Authority Architect.

Most experts aren't invisible because they lack credibility. They're invisible because their knowledge isn't organised in a way AI can read. Radar builds the structure that changes that.

Radar Authority Architecture is a named framework for deliberately structuring expertise so AI systems can clearly associate a person, founder or organisation with a specific topic. Rather than producing more content, we strengthen the signals that connect expertise to a defined intellectual territory.

The five stages of the Radar Authority Architecture:

⦿ R – Recognise the authority gap
See where you’re visible to humans but invisible to AI and why.

⦿ A – Analyse your AI visibility
Map how often, where and for what prompts AI systems currently retrieve and mention you.

⦿ D – Define your intellectual frameworks
Extract and name the core methods, models and concepts you want to be known for.

⦿ A – Architect your knowledge structure
Design the entity graph, content architecture and schema that make those frameworks machine‑readable.

⦿ R – Reinforce your authority signals
Build and maintain the cross‑platform proof that train AI to cite you.

The four signals AI uses to recognise expertise:

Topic ownership
Consistent association between your name and a defined area. This is where your named expert positioning lives.

Authority anchors
Named frameworks, methods or concepts AI can attach to you. This is where your named frameworks live.

Structured knowledge
Content and schema organised so AI can interpret, retrieve and safely reuse what you know.

Reinforcement signals
Consistent presence and proof across credible platforms that confirm you are who you say you are.

Radar builds all four, deliberately and in the right order. In practice, that means pairing Named Experts (topic ownership) with Named Frameworks (authority anchors), then structuring and reinforcing those signals until AI treats you as the default explainer for your territory.

Who is Radar for?

⦿ Founders and entrepreneurs
⦿ Coaches and consultants
⦿ Practitioners and educators
⦿ Course creators and thought leaders
⦿ Authors and researchers

Most already have powerful ideas and deep experience. What they often lack is the time or structure to organise knowledge in a way AI can find and cite. Radar provides the editorial system that makes expertise discoverable.

Built on editorial thinking

Radar was created by Kate Holland, long-time editor of WellBeing magazine. With more than a decade shaping expert knowledge into trusted editorial content, Kate has worked with founders, practitioners and thought leaders to clarify ideas and turn complex knowledge into compelling, authoritative content.

The Radar Authority Architecture combines editorial judgement with AI-aware content architecture – designed to protect voice, strengthen authority and ensure expertise remains visible in the AI era.

Start with a Radar Authority Audit

"The Radar Authority Audit blew my mind. The personalised report showed so many areas I could improve to make sure AI reads my content and uses it to help me show up in relevant searches. I have already implemented the recommendations."
Sophie Anderson, Consultant, Coach and Speaker

The best place to begin is with a Radar Authority Audit, a structured analysis that reveals how AI systems currently interpret your expertise and identifies exactly what's needed to improve your visibility.
